CAUTIONS
When using any sexual aide keep in mind that cleanliness and lubrication are vital. We suggest you gently clean your aides with toy cleaner before and after each use with Before and After Toy Cleaner. Always be sure you apply a generous amount of lubrication to reduce possibilities of skin irritation. We strongly suggest a water -soluble lubricant, such as Astroglide, since oil based lubricants provide a breeding ground for bacteria and may even damage some sexual aides.

Never use a vibrator or massager on your legs if you have diagnosed phlebitis or any unexplained pain in the calf or thigh. People who have reduced or absent skin sensations should be sure there is no swelling or inflammation on the skin where the vibrator is used. And when using an electric vibrator, set a time limit for yourself. These vibrators may become hot enough to burn the skin after prolonged usage (20-minutes or so).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We make every effort possible to fill and ship orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a specific order delivery date. All orders are shipped from our distribution center in South Carolina. Most orders will be delivered by First Class US Mail within 3 to 4 weeks from the date the orders are submitted by your Consultant to the company. In case you are paying by check Consultant may hold order until the check has cleared before submitting your order to the company. Lingerie orders usually take an additional 4 to 7 days. Exception: Backorders are shipped within 24 hours upon arrival at the warehouse. You agree that the company's only obligation is to safely and securely package all requested merchandise in their original containers and to deliver the products ordered via United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS or any other reputable shipping agent and to properly list the address you provide to your requested shipping location. You further agree that any failure on your part to receive the shipment or to sign for its delivery does not and will not constitute a breach of contract or failure of any type on the part of the company. You further agree that you will not hold the company liable for any misrepresentation of your mailing address nor will you request a refund or constitute a charge back due to non delivery or delayed delivery caused by providing a wrong shipping or mailing address. You further agree that the proper shipment of the product ordered will constitute fulfillment of any and all contracts between the company and yourself. You further agree verification by the shipping agent that the product was indeed shipped to the address requested on your order will serve as the basis for the complete dismissal of any claim by you that the company failed to perform any such contract or obligation in any way. You therefore agree that proof of the company's following the proper shipping orders listed by yourself is to dismiss and discharge any and all claims and disputes by you of any nature whatsoever.

Internet orders must be pre-paid by charge, check or money order. We accept MasterCard or Visa for Internet orders.
Personal checks are accepted with a $25.00 processing fee on any returned check.

All Internet orders and sales are FINAL.

RETURNS
Only Manufacturers defects or concealed damaged item(s) as a result of packaging or shipping may be returned. Any returned item(s) must be returned in the original packaging within 7 days. No cash refunds, credit only. If shipped item(s) are damaged, retaped or opened, customer must file a claim with the shipping firm.

Your privacy is important. We will never sell, give or trade any of your personal information to anyone. Products, services and information will be sent only to those who request it. We will never send unsolicited e-mails (SPAM).
